Another attempt widefield 26-09-2010

Another attempt on 26th sept. Am a litte disappoint with final processing with DSS mainly the colour alignment. It is most probably something i am doing wrong but just suffering on the finer adjustment as DSS seems a bit coarse to me.
450D - unmodded - 20 x 15sec 1600ISO stacked with DSS and sharpen slightly with unsharp mask.
Going to try another method of pre-processing to see if get any improvement. The one thing is that in my back yard the shots seem out of alignment, this is due to so much light polution I can't easily determin where the dust lines are especially in the lower half. I think the next time i will point it a bit lower but risk pointing it toward the refineries.
