AstraImage is terrible for trying to align the colour channels.
If you can, get photoshop or similar - the easiest way I've found to see if the channels are out of alignment is to switch/blink between the greyscale colour layers (R|G|B) in photoshop.
ie: compare red to green, blink back and forth, then compare blue to green, blink back and forth.
