If you need to make an AZ peg, I made mine from the thread from a bolt that fits the peg hole screwed and loctited into the end of a piece of 10mm square key steel which I filed to final size. Then cut the head off the bolt.
I made one for my pier, but I only had metric taps so I used a metric thread. I don't think the original is metric.
Let me know if you need dimensions... I can measure and sketch mine.
