Did a bit of a search, and it appears it's a Ubuntu distro on that SmartQ. Not sure if it's a cut-down version, but you can either use it's GUI package manager to install it or commandline. I use commandline and it should be something like this:
$ sudo apt-get install kstars
It will probably ask if you want to install some other packages that would be prerequisites for it. You'll need them.
