Troy's Red Bottom Bugs-(adult version).

After seeing Troy's amazing bug photo's this morning-I thought they look familiar to the bugs in our vegetable garden, after seeing some 'half grown' versions,I think they are the same species,we had a few adults, fully grown.

So I took these for you Troy-these are what your baby bugs will grow into!,they are a 'bug' these have a 'probiscus' to suck sap and plant juice-pic 5 show the probiscus.

Not sure of the scientific name-we just call them "Red Bum Bugs",usually see lots just before rain,a lot seen this morning-so I guess it will rain again soon.

Hope these are of interest to the general forum.

Thank you for looking,Chris
