mmm, I upgraded to V10 (3gs) with Win 7 yesterday . It trashed the iphone so hard I couldnt even turn it off
. Took 2 hrs searching how to hard reset and get it to recover to factory setting and install the backup. The iphone is great until something, anything, goes wrong, then its a nightmare, always.
As far as testing and fixing goes, there is a stupid simple bug since V1, still in V10 that makes it impossible to delete emails, the work around is daft, would take 10mins of recoding to fix.
The reluctance to fix even the simplest bugs, which are serious if you dont know the work around, makes you wonder about Apple philosophy generally. And the insane lack of live, in-device help (simple how-to messages for instance) on very non intuative (and theres lots) operations is frustrating.
