I use webcity for mine too as they have good local support and they also use local servers at a reasonable cost. Good data allowance etc. They are not as cheap as US but the difference outways the latency of their local servers. I believe their really cheap option use outside servers normal availability. I also register all my domains through them, now at $22.00 per 2 years.
