The bank was very helpful...up until the part when they didn't send us the forms for re-credit. They really dragged their feet on this.
The major issue here is a system that has faults that are being exploited costing the banks...aka the consumer...money.
I was happy the bank was on top of the unauthorised withdrawal. But there again they knew gangs were operating big time in Sydney & Melbourne for weeks prior to our skimming, yet no warning were issued.
