Thanks Alan, yes I am quiet happy with this combo, A OSC would be nicer but

. I thought by now that I would have killed the 40D but it keeps plugging along!

This area is on the northern end of the arc of stars not far from Gamma Corona Australis which would be to the left of the picture and around RA19 hrs DEC-37 degrees
