Ouch! That doesn't sound good. Could starlight Xpress repair it or did you do an exchange? I've noticed the USB mini-plug is real tight on those guiders to go in and out but didn't realise it would be an issue in the long run. Maybe better to leave it connected to the USB cable on one end from now on.
It's a costly exercise. They're not cheap. Nice pic btw.
