As long as you know where the picture is......just click on the browse button below beside the attach File....then its just a matter of going to the drive/folder/picture you want to upload to the post.......once found click on open and now the file link will be displayed in the empty box beside Browse.....all you need to do then is to click on submit reply.......
give it a go......then we may have to show you how to reduce picture file size to under 70kb's...but give it a go first.
