Congrats on the black belt!!! Sorry to hear you're in the wars though mate! Trust me, stay positive and upbeat, enjoy the extra time with your family and you'll come out the other side a better man for it! Just look at me, I came out the other side of redundancy (IT manager) a real estate agent!
