I was doing some very High Magnification observing 609xmag trying to see the "river" down "Vallis Alpes" no joy
but the seeing was brilliant, very still and the Moon was just about on the meridian when I caught sight of the ISS
I had to change eyepieces, and by the time I had focused on a star the ISS was low down, but I managed to get a couple of looks before it went over the hill due East of me.
