Capturing/ processing laptop

For sale is an Asus Lambourghini laptop I got my father a few years ago following the same windfall that allowed me to get my first telescope (a Megrez 90). He was always scared of it and I recently switched him over to an iMac which he is much happier with. I thought I would try it here before listing on Ebay.

I got a new battery for it and was planning on using it for capturing & mount control, but my new SX camera seems to work well under Win7 (well, the main camera - I am still sorting some issues with the autoguider out) & I am planning to use bluetooth on the mount.

It is in very good condition, almost hardly used and was top of the line when I got it (~$4-5K).

It has:
  • T2500 Intel Core Duo 2GHz
  • Nvidia GeForce Go 7400 graphics card
  • 2 GB RAM
  • 15 inch 1400 x 1050 display
  • Express card (good for a serial card here) slot, 4x usb 2.0, SD/SDHC/Memory Gate slot & DVD RW drive
  • IR port, Ethernet & Telephone modem (I know, how weird!!)
  • Integrated WLAN and bluetooth
  • Matching Bluetooth mouse
  • Genuine Windows XP professional OEM
  • Nero OEM Suite & various ASUS utility DVDs as well as manufacturer recovery disks
  • All original paperwork
  • Comes with Asus Notebook sleeve and suede & canvas carrying bag
  • New battery - cycled maybe 3 or 4 times

I am looking for around the $500 mark posted or $450 pickup.
