When using my trolley, NO lifting is required. Just slide the baseplate of the trolley under the base of the dob! QED!!!
A couple of occy straps, and Bob's your male relative. I'm a big-ish bloke, but I don't need to manhandle my dob at all, the trolley does all the heavy work.
