The download files MUST be 220MB. I grabbed the LS15C and cant unzip it ( as its part of a spanned set ??? )
and i am assuming its a truncated zip they have loaded by mistake.
Do not use it.

Wont help
Meade use hidden files as part of the download processing and if they screw up, it wont redownload.
Just grab the file from the above link and unzip it under updater,
then proceed as per normal ( whatever that is )
