Hi Dave & Gail,

A couple of things.
Do you have active cooling on your primary, some of that undulation could be local, due to differences in temp between your mirror and ambient.

You need to have captured the 3 channels in close to 3 min's.

Looking at your sample video I still would have thought that the higher frame rates possible with the Flea3 would have produced a better final image.

Also, when merging your channels you need to align on a surface feature and not the limb. The small white ovals work well with this, it also helps to magnify the image while aligning your channels on one of the white ovals.
