Peter, speaking of ironing out bugs - remember last new moon night, the problems I was having with my mount? Well it was the dec axis. I stripped the mount down when I got back home after that, and re greased etc, and then spent quite a bit of time making sure that the worm meshing wasn't too tight, and that the motor gears were properly positioned. I think it was the latter that was the biggest issue.
I had it out for a test run last night (also first light for my new flattener/reducer which seems good), and it guided pretty well - even though the wind caused a few hiccups...
