Honestly Graham, if they had I would have picked up both of them. It was the one gem on a table full of out of date magazines and general rubbish.
I cannot believe that this title has not been reissued, especially when you consider how many trees are wasted printing material you can only classify as crap!! (sorry mods, but seeing this really irks me - and as for asking nearly $400 for a copy
