I use FireCapture.
With FireCapture as you adjust the exposure the frame rate is automatically adjusted to match. I adjust the exposure to give me just over 50 fps. I then adjust the gain to fill my histo to 80%.
I never use gamma, in fact I turn it off.
For these images the seeing was good enough to stack 2000 frames per channel.
As for specific settings they will be dependent on the aperture of your scope, mine is 16" F 4.5
