Nice shots, Doc
Cheers - Happy with the new Rig! (looking forward to getting another CCD real soon as I sold my DSI III Pro recently )

Really nice one Paul

I don't know if you use the Shadows/Highlights function in Photoshop at all, but applying a bit of the highlights slider can help control blowouts in bright cores sometimes while you're bringing out the faint fuzzy edges....
Thanks Rob . I will take that tip and use it next image. I repro the image using a mask (G blurr) to fix the core this time around.

Wow, That's very nice Paul,

Now I know what to shoot for, HEAPS of details there. Repro looks even better.

My efforts look black and white by comparison.

Nice.

Cheers

Chris
Thanks Chris. It always amazes me how much detail you can capture with a DSLR! Definately long subs are the key (and modded helps a lot)

Dr. Paul,

Your second post of M8 looks like a yummy squishy fruity sweet thing. I just want to eat it.

Well done. : )

Thanks

Fantastic, I find the colors and contrast perfect!
A stunning photo!
Luigi, thank you very much. I use "selective Colour" and "Match Colour" in Photoshop to bring out the right tones and contrast.
