Solid wood tripod in good condition with steel head, leg tensioners and eyepiece tray. There are no cracks or rot whatsoever in the wood. I would estimate that it is akin to an AZ3, approximately 46 inches high (when legs are extended) and very light for its size and stability so can cetainly work as a grab and go. I would estimate that the tripod could handle OTA/mount assemblies up to 5-6kgs.
