Some Melbourne ISPs (bigpoo, TPG, westnet, aanet...) are obviously having issues. Consensus on Whirlpool thinks it's "the school holiday kiddy rush" ..but I think there is something else.
We are having intermittent issues with slow connection (last few days) as well (aanet).
