I say leave it to the City/state governments who spend four to Five million every new year to pollute the night sky with all these pirotechnics? every chance they get.
The people who like this antiquated festival should get with the rest of the country and ban this dangerous waste of money, and threat to wildlife as well as domesticated animals.
