Anyone recognise this mount?
I am the very happy new owner of an older but very srurdy mount about which I know very little and would be delighted to discover more. It's carrying capacity is very substantial as you can see from the 12.5" Dall-Kirkham sitting on it. I am told it was manufactured in Cairns.
The RA axis is driven and operates via a slip clutch with fine adjustment through the small knurled knob at the end of the RA drive assembly. The Dec axis is undriven but both have well calibrated setting circles with 5 min gradations on RA.
