I used PSE, circular crop around each image and paste into a new layer for each one in the montage. You can then move each one around in its layer til you are happy with the final result.

I am having lots of trouble saving it at a size I can post. The full size is 37Mb. Currently have it down to 310Kb looking resonable, only 100Kb to go
