My reply of "pics or it never happened" is a (sarcastic) Internet meme. It's used to denote unbelief of atypical incidents or occurrences. Ron's original post seemed to fit the bill and hence I said it.

My post was not made with the intention of disbelief as to what she saw, but to see if anyone else with astronomical knowledge had seen anything
