Wish it was a week later , but might be able to snap some shots.

Looks like Dec next year is the last total for quite some time too.

I haven't observed an eclipse for many years, but recall binocs where as good as anything. Under power, the moon still looks the same, but with fainter and tinged colour. Colour depends on how much dust etc in our atmosphere. Expect if its partial we're more likely to see shades of grey than orange. Also eagerly await advice from the gurus.......
