Cool, so some of the features that jailbreak users have been enoying for a long time, finally make it to the mainstream.

But I shouldn't gloat, it's a step in the right direction.
I haven't had an iPhone for long (less than a month), but coming from a PC background, I was suprised how restrictive Apple had made it. I'm too use to being able to customise things how I wanted, and I hated the fact I couldn't change the iOS little annoyances I discovered apart from waiting for the next release and hoping.
Don't get me wrong, I'm not advocating everyone do it or anything (not that it's illegal) but I think it's a bit of a shame that it takes jailbreaking an iPhone to unleash it's full potential. The amount of fantastic non-Apple approved applications and iOS feature enhancements various developer communities have made, just blows my mind.
For me I'll be waiting for the next release of my preffered jailbreak application to come out before I upgrade to iOS 4. Then we'll see what this release can
really do.
