I found IInet pretty good service wise in the few years I did buisness with them .. but as a long term customer of one of there aquisitions
found it a little rich they trimmed back a premium (contracted) service
with very vague info regarding the changes in both provisions of the service I agreed to and the change in company ownership .
I can't say there was anything unlawfull about the way they ran this through (read the fine print)

, but they could of definately tried to better comunicate with there customers .
