I will back up Roger and Malcom and say that my experience with IInet has been exemplary!
Great prices and the waiting time for support is minimal compared to hours spent with Telstra. Also I believe their off hours support is from South Africa (and NZ??), which is a breath of fresh air compared to some Indian call centers ( No disrespect!).
My ADSL speeds are great ( around 18Mbps on Speedtest.net - 1km from exchange)
They also have lots of unmetered content in their freezone.
