Thank you all for your comments. I like the dark core; it brings some 3D and forces you to look at the edges where there are more details. It could be that the "reality" is that way and the core is darker because it represents the depth of the Lagoon. Whatever reality is, I enjoyed this imaged and I am glad you guys liked it.
Something that called my attention was that the blue colour was captured by the camera and I did not enhanced it. Anybody knows why most of other Lagoons images show only red and the blue is missing?
