Sorry to bring an old post back up but I got my Dontronics cable to work!
Had a slight soldering prob on my first attempt ( melted the stuff in between the pins), but I just got a dry run going!
Seems like it goes smoother than with the hand control setup!
Now for some clear skies as it has just been P*ss*ng down here in Perth!
