They've painted certain parts black, included a shroud (hope it's not shiny on the inside!), better primary knobs, 2 speed focuser, ext tube, foam around trusses... Nice list of upgrades there.
I think the two biggest disadvantage with these lightbridges are the Alt/Az movement and size/weight of the LTA/Base. If they can remedy those two aspects, it would be one heck of a cheap scope
