I've been espousing the merits of CCDStack for ages, maybe people will listen to you! It's a great, though somewhat quirky program. I agree about the Block tutorials, excellent value for money, they should just sell them with the software and add a bit extra to the cost.
As for this image, I think you may have overdone the sharpening/deconvolution a bit. There are areas of detail that stick out quite noticeably, probably not what you wanted to do. It's nice to see the detail, but there is a balance between detail and overall image "naturalness".
Keep going through the 9 Hrs of video, it's better than anything on TV.
