WO Flat III definitely does not do the job on any of the Synta ED80s (Orion, Saxon, Skywatcher). The WO Flat II works a treat and has a much shorter profile than the Flat IV, so keeps your camera closer to the focuser than the IV will do making dec balancing much easier.
