A beautiful image to be sure Humi and the mountains look spectacular!
I understand your explanation of why you did it this way but for me though the dashes look a little out of place and unnatural and a little too man made.?
Complete circles might look better perhaps? Or maybe complete circles then a small break and then a still shot of the stars..?
