10:45pm and its still not fully dark? Wow. Here in mid-summer with daylight saving time its fully dark at about 9:30pm and in winter it is fully dark at about 6:15pm now. In winter you are probably fully dark at about 4:30pm or even earlier right?

I remember walking in Hyde Park in london at 3:30pm in winter 89 and it was snowy and pitch black. Sun gets up around 8-9am.
