Yeah, I've had several reads through Mikes article
Infact, a thread I started is mentioned in there (towards the end of the section about camera adapters). His article is very useful, but for the image capture part of things, I have to make it up as I go as I use a video camera rather than a webcamera, and so my options are limited to brightness control rather than saturation, contrast etc.
Its all in good fun though! Experimentation is the key to learning =)
