Just had a call with Andres Comms, Looks like the Long Perng 100 ED Apo is sold out... ($1299), with the M90b as an order in item.
But they do have WO Megrez 102 ED for $1499 in stock. For some reason this scope doesn't show up on WO website? is this a new item or an out of production model? not a major issues if WO decided that the next size wil be 110mm. Been Available means they can ship it asap.
I'm waiting now for the package price for the above scope tomorrow (Thursday). Also in the package i have asked for a set of 1.25 inch EPs and a GSO 2" quarts diagonal... I'll leave the camera adaptors (t ring, tube extenders and reducers (MrB if your FF4 will fit the M102 will you be willing to sell it ?
) till later.) I really have no idea on ep yet and will probably fine out my most used size and get a better quality one later.
I presume that the skywatcher/bintel/celestron are rebadged GSO. So getting GSO ep are ok for Beginners?
