F30 on such a small target might not be too much, but it would make it pretty dim, and given Arp84 isn't all that bright to begin with, it'd most likely wash out. A x2 powermate would give you F15, which would be plenty on this object. Your tracking would have to be spot on as well, and at F15 would be rather onerous. Best leave the ultra long focal lengths for planetary viewing and imaging.
