Not sure on the difference but that will cost you about the same as a 20DA and atleast its new and you get a full warranty with the 20DA...but I am bias.
Mine was $2195 USD new
And to be honest..I didn't think that much of those widefield shot's anyway....but thats not the camera's fault.
