PayPay has still not decided if we are the Queensland Chapter of the Russian Mafia or not, so we have not prominently displayed the link to the on-line register page.
One of my jobs, when I get to it, is to redo the on-line link from the menu. Unfortunately PayPal is still not available, but you can direct debit of send a cheque. A PDF versin will be available about the same time as I redo the link. Until then please follow the instructuion outlined by David below.
