For sale is my QHY8 OSC CCD.
An excellent CCD one-shot color ccd camera for any amateur astrophtography or enthusiast wanting to get into astrophotography.
CCD is only 6months old and has been hardly used.
Still has 6months warranty with Gama Electronics.
Proof of receipt available. I'm sure Theo from Gama will vouch for warranty time remaining also.
Minor marks on nose piece threading from being in use, and unfortunately broken handle on carry case. Carry case is quite cheap as supplied, and pelican case would be better suited if needed.
EDIT: A concern was raised to me that it was suspected that the case had been dropped.
When I recived the QHY8 'new' the packaged box recieved a knock in transit; the handle of the case is cheap plastic, which caused the handle support to break.
It comes with a carry strap as well that I always use. I've dropped the price due to this.
CCD is in perfect working order.
