The details in the trio are exquisite. If you can get that with a 6" tak, I'd love to see what you'd do with a bigger scope, say a mid sized CDK or RCOS.

There's some weird ones amongst those background galaxies...some have pretty distorted shapes!!

Aaah yes, an RCOS or CDK ... I confess I do get a bit of the fever sometimes!

Thanks Lars - I use the Tak TOA 1.6 extender. It does vignette and doesn't yield a perfectly flat field, but nothing a bit of extra processing won't fix.
