I am preparing to modify a Coronado / PST into a larger solar scope; plans at the moment are to use an 152 / 760 mm f/5 refractor as a starting point and work with a used PST from there.
While there are many excellent threads / links on the web I would be interested to learn if anyone in Australia has ever successfully done this (or miserably failed
