Nope , I did have all the correct things ,even checked with Paul (1ponders ) who lives a few kilometers away in a straight line and he had the same flair but a little fainter, but he did not look for it
I think maybe Heavens Above goes a little COOkOO now and again.
I have noticed it doing the same thing with the HST and The ISS in the past
