An interesting item for the chemists out there; the flames are not unburnt fuel. They are actually decomposed water and it is the recombining of the hydrogen to H
2O again that is flaring. Not all that visible during bright daylight.
The Yanks have many more nitro cars than Aus. Its a must see for me one day along with the others I mentioned.
