Thge Pier column weighs about 50lb and the legs about 13lb each. Its easy to break down and transport.

Paul, the C925 is an wesome scope. I went with the Carbon Fribre XLT version and am impressed with the optics, weight and ablity to hold focus with Temp changes.

Louie, I went with MI250 instead of Titan becuase of 2 things really. 1 Price. I paid much less for the MI250 than a Titan and 2 the MI250 has an outstanding reputation and is compared in capability to the AstroPhysics AP900 in terms of its load and imaging abilities. Also I dont need to carry as much weight as the Titan allows. I can load 70lb on the MI250 for imaging which will be plenty when I finaly get a 12" RCOS sometime in my life.

Regards
Chris
