ISS seen in broad daylight!
Hi all
For the FIRST TIME Ive seen the ISS in broad daylight! I saw it just a few
mins ago in 8x56 binoculars as it made a pass to the SE at 3 pm precisely. I located it at around its highest (and therefore nearest) point to my location.
It had clear size to it and was moving in the predicted direction and time.
What an amazing sight. So it can be done. What need to happen though is the ISS needs to be on opposide part of sky as the Sun, so enough of it is sunlit to see. if it is close to the Sun, its like looking for a thin crescent moon, then too faint.
